Guide prices for family and friends to cover costs
These prices will vary depending on the number of people involved, and are designed to help cover the costs of running the apartment, including maintaining the pool, garden, apartment maintenance, cleaning, electricity, water, internet and so on.
All bookings are made by individual arrangements (see below) and there is a general guide price of £350 for 1 week and £500 for two weeks during the season, May to October, when the pool is available. The price may be less out of season because the pool will not be available, and there will be an extra cost if there are more than 4 people in order to help cover additional electricity and water bills, and longer stays are possible.
